    I apologize for the inconvenience. I can assure you that we passed your info along to the partner for fulfillment and in turn they reached out to the local venues to secure tickets.  Unfortunately, it looked like the venue was unable to fulfill your prizing for one reason or another.  We're looking further into the issue and we'll let you know when  we find out what happened.

    The following is the conversation that has been 1/2 taking place... The prize was awarded to my Daughter Nerdz Rule (My Daughter) for sake of picking the tickets up at will call, I informed my daughter to give her mothers name, Trevelyan. A little more information about what else transpired on our end... about 1 week before the show, we called the Anaheim House of Blues to check on the tickets and they said they will not have a will call list for promotional tickets until the day of the show, so we called back the day of the show and they did not have any record of tickets under my wife's name or Nerdz Rule (My Daughter)'s...

    My daughter was looking forward to going to the concert for the whole month and was in tears when I informed her that due to some error she was not going to be able to go because there were no tickets for her...

    I have tried to teach her to be patient with getting responses, however you can plainly see the giant gaps in responses from you... She is 14 this year and taking this very well for her age. I hate for her to honestly learn the life lesson than sometimes you get have to bend over and take it. I have already told her to not expect much in the way of compensating for the error, and as such she has simply asked for an explanation, and no one seems to be able to give her that...

    In my opinion you honestly owe her a lot more, as she still checks in, promotes your site, and earns her stickers. Disregarding the fact that she never got the prize she was "promised".

    (I also added a link to my Blog informing them how I have tried to get a job as a designer with them here, but removed for sake of breavity)
